Telemed is Back Means What for You?

The state of Florida is under a state of emergency due to Hurricane Ian which allowed the state to implement Emergency Order 22-005.


Section 4 of Emergency Order 22-005, allows for patients in certain counties the ability to renew their medical marijuana certification with their physician via telemedicine as defined in Section 456-47(1)(a), Florida Statutes.

These counties include Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Flagler, Hardee, Hendry, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Lee, Manatee, Orange, Osceola, Pinellas, Polk, Putnam, St. Johns, Sarasota, Seminole, and Volusia Counties.


This order is set to expire November 30, 2022 and only Applies to Follow Up Patients! New Patients cannot be seen via telehealth.
